I have an appointment at Tijauna consulate for H1-B stamping on April 3rd. I made only one appointment for me and my wife together. But my wife is also applying for H1-B. I did not know if we have to make a separate appointment for her.Now it's too late to get an appointment for the same day. I already made my travel arrangements as I am flying from San Jose. Please advice if she needs a separate appointment. If yes, is there any chance I can make an emergency one. I appreciate your help in advance. Sincerely, Suri

I think your wife don't need a seperate appointment if you have added her as family member while taking your appointment/filling out the form.

us1extention please help!

My wife has H4 but my daughter does not have. My stupid attorney told me not to extend hers (expired in 2004). Can my wife and daughter go to Mexico and stamp H4 at US consulate? Since my daughter is 15 she is fine as per my attorney. Will there be a problem in Mexico or any other solution is highly appreciated. I am from India. I live in Texas.
