Appointment Nogales July 31st for F-1 Visa

I need to go to Nogales to change my status to F-1. Any advice on the process? About the $ 1,100 peso receipt from banamex, can I get it easily on a sunday or there is another way to get it?
Any advise on hotel to stay. Anybody wishing to share expenses (car rental, hotels, etc.) I am landing in tucson on Sunday at 8:30 AM.

and fly back on Aug 1st @ 10:30A.
