Appointment Letter Qst to Chennai Dec/Jan CP\'ers

Hi all
I have seen a few posts in the forum saying that lot of people did not receive their appointment letters in time for their interview. What did u guys do? Or did everyone receive it before going for the interview. From when can one expect to get the appt, letter. I had given US address in my Packet 3 and hence will only get the appt. letter to my US address.
