Appointment in Chennai consulate

When I talked to my company lawyer yesterday. she said Consulates at Mexico or Canada or kind of not confortable in giving the visa stamping for third country people.

All the chennai Interview dates from Nov 19 to Dec 31 are booked for visa appointments. I need to get my first time H1 stamping in December.

As I am from south India.. I can't go to Delhi or culcutta for stamping.

Please suggest me some solution
