Appointment at Toronto Consulate

hi,

Iam trying to get an appointment for my H1 revalidation after 6 yrs ,at the Consulate in Toronto.I've been trying since a month and everytime i select Toronto, i get the message that none are available and all days are booked till 6 weeks.

Is there any particular time of the day, when they post the openings?

Anybody experiencing the same issue?
