Hi all,
My wife applied for I-140 and I-485 for both of us (Me as secondary applicant) . I-140 was cleared, I-485 still pending.
My labor is cleared. Now i have to apply for I-140 and I-485.
Can i apply for both of us again for I-140 and I-485 ?.
Is it going to be a problem because both of us have already approved I-140 ,EID's and I-485 pending ?
