Applying visa to India

I recently got my US citizenship. Now I am applying for India visa for visiting India. Can you please tell me if I need to fill up the below form and send it along with the visa application form:

The citizenship act, 1955,section 8 declaration of renunciation of citizenship under section 8 of the act made by a citizen of India who is also a citizen or national of another country

Please help, Thanks!

U dont need to fill up te Renunciation form. I applied for Indian visa last week and got the visa stamped on my US passport today,, Oct 24, 2008.
