I am green card holder since last five years. I had a domestic assault charge on me in 2020, got dismissed in 2021. The charges was bogus because I filed a divorce with my wife, played dirty game with me so that she can get green card. I have certfied copy of disposition, expungement order.
Should I apply for US Citizenship now or wait?
Because, after doing research and reading posts from the forum, they say even a dismissed case is a problem in terms of good moral character. I don’t understand one thing, anybody will stand and put false charges against you which destroys your good moral character.
