Applying passport from US

Hi,

We got our cdn citizenship few days back are thinking to apply for cdn passport. We live in Michigan and Windsor is pretty close from here.

However I have few questions:
A) I have to use the forms that says "Canadian residing in USA" however can I take the filled application to Windosr and apply in person rather than sending it to QC foreign affairs mailbox?
B) I am currently working on EAD and has Parole I-94. Do I have to include a copy of I-94 to the application?
C) As an identity support document what should I use? Indian ppt?, OHIP card? or DL?

I appreciate any experience that someone has while in similar situation.

Thanks

No, you will have to send it to Hull, the specified location. If you want to apply in person, you have to use your cdn address (You can use your friend's address in Canada) and the form to be used by cdns living in Canada.

Not necessary at all

Use DL and health card. Do not use Indian passport.

Thanks

Just OHIP card is enough or I need to include DL & OHIP both? Applicaiton says, at least one identity support document.
