I am on F1 visa and I am abt to file H1 for 07. I havent applied for OPT as of now coz if I cannot get H1 this time I dont want to go out of status next year. Can I apply OPT after my H1 submission as my start date would be Oct 1 07 and utilize my OPT meanwhile. Is this possible. Thanks in advance.
