Question on the time that a person have to remain outside the country to reapply for H1B.
A person's H1B expires in June 2010. He leaves the country on March 20, 2010. Is he eligible to apply for a fresh H1B on April 1st 2011 (and start working from Oct 1, 2011) ?
If he leaves after April 1st 2010, does that complicate matters ? or increase the wait time ?
