Applying in EB2 question

Hi All,

I have a Bachelor of commerce (Accounting) (4 Year) university degree, immediately after graduation I switched career, attended a 1 year a post graduate "Information Technology" program at UNB university
I'm currently having more than 7 years of progressive IT accredited experience.

the question is:
Am I eligible for EB2 and do the application have any chance, or EB3 is the only possibility.
?

These 2 conditions will have to be met in order to qualify under EB2:

1) Minimum qualifications listed for the job should meet EB2 requirements, and

2) Your qualifications + experience should meet these requirements.

Your accounting degree + 1 year IT program is probably not going to be considered as a 4 year degree related to IT. Read instructions for form I-140 at USCIS website.

The Job qualification says any bachelor degree plus 5 years of experience

can my 4 year accredited degree count, assuming I have met the qualification?

Get a foreign education evaluation from AACRAO. If the evaluation says you possess bachelors equivalent you can proceed further
