Applying I140 Non concurrent

- How much time does it take these days if I apply I140 only from CSC in EB3 or EB2.

- At what stage is EB2 or Eb3 categorisation decided? Labor or I140?

How much time does it take these days if I apply I140 only from CSC in EB3 or EB2. I have read applying concurrent to speed up the process..but what happens if apply non concurrent..will it considerably delay the process?

why you are applying non concurrent, you are doing consular for I-485??
if not then my suggestion is that do concurrent filing only, non concurrent makes more delay in process. is there any company policy to do non- concurrent??
