Applying I140/485 with Substitute LC please advise

Hello,

My company wants to file my I140/I485 using an approved LC , since the job description on the LC matches to mine when i was working for an employer 2 yrs ago. But i have a different job description on my current H1-B LCA with the current empolyer. Since i am going thru a Substitution LC, Does BCIS cross check the job description on the H1-B LCA and GC LC. Please advise.

Yoru job desc for GC is for future job - so it may differ from your current job.

exp and education

Just make sure that the experience shown in Labor cert. and the degree requirements in box 14 and 15 of the labor cert. are exactly the same as you have and the requirements should be met on the date when the labor was applied not today.

Jharkhandi & will get there, for applying I -140 & 485 based on substitution LC (requires Bachelor's degree & 2 yrs exp.) for company A. And i continue to work for company B. Does my experience should be counted from the PD of sub. LC or i could provide just last 2 yrs of experience ?

Exp should be before PD of LC.
