Recently my labor application got certified.My attorney got the final determination letter from PBEC but didnt find the ETA 750 with the approval stamp on it.I came to know that this ETA 750 form is the initial evidence for applying I-140.My attorney says it wont be a problem and they are going to apply next week.Anybody with a similar situation .Please share your experiences.
