Applying GC for Siblings

Gurus, I am a USC & have a quick question. Would it be quicker to get the GC for 21+ siblings married/umarried if I apply for them or should I apply for my parents and once they get Green Card, I let them apply for their 21+ sons/daughters. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Apply both ways, that's what I did, you just never know that Sibling Petition dates will advance much faster than the other, just couple of years back F2A category was backlogged for over 5 years and that progressed by leaps and bounds and they are now processing cases filed last year in that category, nobody would have thought that will happen, 5 years from now what's gonna happen nobody knows, rather than having a regret of not filing, it's better to file and then regret if it happens through Parents faster.
