Applying GC for senior mother [only family member]

Hi. Im a US permanent resident since September 2004. Im single and my mother is the only family member, for whom I would like to apply for a GC so we can stay together here in the States without her going back and forth to Bombay.

Please advice how, when, & where to apply. Thank you in anticipation.
