Applying from Nebraska Service Center

Hi,
My company has offices in PA and SD.
I had got my labor cleared from PA.
Is it possible for my company to apply my I-140/485 to the Nebraska Service Center instead of the Vermont Service Center?

I want to apply to Nebraska as its faster in I-140 approvals etc.

I think you cannot..


at least I think I-140 has to be applied where your labor was filed, and where your employer's office is specified in your labor application.!!

You need to confirm this from others too..

I-140 has to be applied in the INS center of jurisdiction for the job location which automatically translates to job location mentioned in LC. You will need to have approved LC for both jurisdictions.
