I was arrested in AZ 2 1/2 years ago for a DUI. My BAC was 0.09. My DUI charges was dismissed and plea bargained to Reckless Driving. I paid the fines and had to spend 1 night in jail. No probation
I am planning to apply for my US citizenship soon. Do you think that this may affect my US citizenship application?
I am a very honest person, with no prior convictions of any sort. Do you think i should wait for 3 more years before I apply?
