I seem to recall that there are several people in this Forum who have applied for RTD via E-Filing. CIS then accepted the application as indicated by the online status but no paper (printed) receipt notices have ever been mailed.
Could you guys post a follow-up as to what happened then?
I am in this category. It's been almost 60 days since I applied but no paper notice has been sent. The online status shows that the case was accepted though. And I know CIS accepted my supporting doc/photos that I sent since I did it via certified mail.
Same thing happens to my spouse.
Is this a cause for concern? Should I call the cust. service?
Please advise!
