Applying for Reentry Permit, have some questions

I got my Green card last year, for the first time I am applying for reentry permit. In the 1'st page it asks for Admission Class. In the past when I applied for RTD I would put Asylee. What should I put now? I am thinking Permanent Resident?
On the same page it asks for Citizenship, What should I put there? I am thinking about putting the name of my COP instead of Asylee?

Yes--citizenship didnt change. Admission class: I think its still A(5) according to mt GC

BTW, I applied on 5/10. 4 LUDs on 4 consecutive days, and then no activity.

Copper1 when I had apply for RP in March 2006 'I leaved that section Blank who is said Class of Admission ;the answer should be Permanent Resident you are not longer Asylee.
The second one regarding the Citizenship, should be the COP.

Surprise77 when you apply the RP send back your RTD to CIS.
I did the same when I had applied the RP in March 06 I had return my old RTD who was expire.

Thank you Douls! But my RTD is still valid, can I still return it?

surprise77 the valid RTD you had was issue to you when you was asylee or PR? If your was asylee so your status has been changing, so you still can return to CIS when you apply RP. Otherwise you might wait for the old RTD to expire.

Thanks for the advise. I got my current RTD when I was asylee. Actually, I didn't return to USCIS since i may need use it to travle ( I don't know how long I have to wait for my RP, last time when I applied RTD it took me half year!). Will see how it goes.

Which one is faster: Refugee Travel Document or Re-entry permit. Or can greencard holder apply for RTD?

I had applied RP in March 08, 2006 an April 28, 2006 I had received approval e-mail. I believe RP might be faster than RTD.
