My fiance is in the United States now on a Fiance visa. We intend to get married within the 90 day period as specified by the visa, however our problem is that we don't intend on living in the US but we need to stay longer than the 90 days allowed by the fiance visa. If we stay longer than the Visa specifies what sort of repercussions will we encounter. We are thinking about appying for residency in the US and then move but we are conserned about the time needed to apply for residency (how long does it take). If we get residence can we leave for a couple of years and then come back? If you can help with any part of my questions please let me know. Your help and time will be greatly appreciated.
