Applying for parents

Hello,
I will be having my oath ceremony on April 22, 2005. I want to bring my parents over here from Bangladesh. How soon after I become USC can I apply for them? Am I able to apply for both Mom & Dad at the same time? My wife is USC as well, can she play a part in applying for them other than using both of our income as form of financial support. Do I use I-130 & I-485 or just I-130 since they are currently in overseas?

You can apply the same day you take an oath. Make sure to get a copy of your certificate before you send it to get your US passport.
Yes, you can apply for both at the same time filling out out one application for each.
You can use your wife's income to fill out the Affidavit of support, however, she can't be in I-130.
You file only I-130 first, since they are not in US.
