Applying for O visa at chennai consulate ?????

Hi,

   I was on H1B till Sep 30th 2001 from company A. Now I currently have an O visa effective Oct 1st 2001 from company B. Are there any problems with visas at the chennai consulate? Do you see anything in my specific case as I have not heard O visa experiences on this site.
