Applying for O Visa, any tips for reference letters?

Hi,

I am currently gathering everything together for my O visa and I am gathering together letters from prominent peers in my field. Any recommendations about what these letters should actually say?

As you can guess the recommendation letters should highlight your acheivements and contributions in the field. In the begning the person who recommends you should write a paragraph about himself explaining his achievements. Later he should highlight your contributions in 2-3 paragraphs and recommend for O1 visa. The letter can be 2-3 pages. It should be addressed to the service center.
