Applying for new H1 when already having a valid H1 and working in US.

I currently have an H1B, I got a new offer which pays much better than the current job.
I\'m on allowance as the current job is supposed to be only for three months, and will
go back to India branch after that. I dont have payslips for my work here in US. The new
company is asking for payslips so that they can transfer the visa, but its impossible to
get from my current employer. I have two questions:

1. Can I transfer the visa without providing any payslips of my current job?
2. The new company is prepared to apply for new visa if necessary, can I apply
for new one eventhough I have a valid visa?
