Applying for new H1 after getting renewal denied - Need Help!

Hi,

I applied to chennai consulate about a month ago and after getting interviewed at chennai consulate, my visa was denied due to a difference in w2 and LCA.

Despite explaining the fact that due to bad economy, we had to take pay cuts, the consular officer declined to listen and eventually I was handed sec 221(g).

I have gotten another employer who is filing my h1 (premium), basically he is a body shopper who has some projects and will eventually place me in those.

My question:

1. Will I have any problem in getting a new H1 as I have to appear to the consulate for an interview sooner or later, knowing the fact that I had a old H1 with a previous employer?
2.Will my past employment create any issues as I took pay cuts to the extent of 25% in my previous employment
3.What additional steps should I take to ensure that this time my visa get's processed smoothly?
4. What kind of probable questions might I face?
5. Can i go to any consulate for interview or only chennai, as my passport is from bangalore?
6. Any other suggestions/advice will be appreciated

1. Take good financial statement from the company. - Should Show company is in good position to pay you(which is mentioned on H1B)
2. If possible take the contract signed(Client and your company) paper since your company is a body shopping company
3. Take all your Original certificates and a copy with notarized.

and remaining documents are standard, I guess you should know.
