I have recently applied for 140 & 485 in CSC through my lawyer. I am planning to apply for EAD by myself. My lawyer told me that they have filed my 485 in CSC (not in local offices).
1. Is the following mailing address correct for EAD? Which one(USPS, FedEx, UPS) is better?
For USPS:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
US Citizenship and Immigration Services
California Service Center, P.O. Box 10765
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0765
OR
For overnight delivery (Federal Express, UPS, etc.) or bonded courier delivery:
California Service Center
24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2302
Laguna Niguel, CA 9267
2. Do we have cut the photos to their specifications? I have take my INS photo from a professional. It is looking little bigger than the sample photo in the Photo requirements doc(compared with the printed page)
3. I don't have any middle names/other maiden names used. I have filled those fields with "None". Is it correct?
4. Can we send two EAD applications in one mail?
Thanks for your time.
