Applying for minors only - separate applications needed?

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I have our OCI's and we want to apply for our two minor children now. The application form seems to be designed for parents applying together with children. Can I use the same application form for both children when neither parent is applying with them? Do I have to apply for each child separately? Thanks!
 
You can apply for your children separately, I did that for my son.

I think you should be able to apply for both on the same form.
