Applying for minor

I am planning to apply N400 based on employment based green card for me and my spouse.

Do I need to file one for our minor child who is not a US citizen and was born in India. I am little confused even after reading the guide. Any help is appreciated.

You do not need to use the N400 for your child. Once you are naturalized send in the N600 to officially transmit citizenship.
