Hello,
I am applying B2 visa extension for my in-laws. This is thier first visit to US and we want them to stay for some more time. If the extension gets denied will they lose thier 10 yrs multiple entry visa? I read this from some sites. Did any one had this issue before.

Thanks
Vinny

They need a really good reason to need to remain longer than the initially authorized date.

They could lose their visa depending on the timing of a denial and their departure. Why risk it? They should be good guests and return home promptly. They can visit again later.
