Dear forum members,
If an employer applies for H1-B (possible expedited) while I am still waiting for my OPT-EAD, how would this affect my H1-B given two possible scenarios...
1) H1-B is approved.
2) H1-B is not approved (not expected, but still an option ). My question here is, in this case would my OPT still be processed?
