Hello, I've been in the same company since March 2000 on H1-B. My I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending both more than a year. My current H1-B is expiring on Oct 10 2005.
Can I apply for my H1-B extension on my own with the folownig documents/forms:
I-129, I-129W, I-129 Suppl, G-28(???), LCA, Petition Letter from my company, Online Wage documents, Notice to display publicly at Employers place.
The case is very straight forward or am I better off with a lawyer (ofcourse no question about it...I guess)
I got interviewed for my I-485 at local Detroits office 2 days back and the officer said I'll get the approval letter in October hopefully as in EB3 no visas are available now.
