Hello
I need expert advice on:
I have been in United States for the last ten years, and had always been legal till the date I entered USA, first on student visa and presently i am on HI visa which is going to expire next year.
Is there any provision/way that if one is in legal status till date in US for 10 years , can apply for the green card.
I would like to be guided in the above matter and would appreciate if some lawyer will provide me with the legal guidance and the phone number, that i can contact him.
Thanks in advance.

No, living in the US as a non-immigrant for any length of time does not give you any special privileges to apply for a green card. You need to seek other avenues to obtain a green card.
