Applying for Green Card through my US citizen wife - have I all the forms?

Hi

Im currently in the process of completing all the forms I believe are required for the green card application.

Im an Australian citizen and my wife is a US citizen, we are both based in NY.

From what I have read, I need to file the following;

I-130 (petition)
G-325A (Biographical information for me and my spouse)
I-485 (Change of status)
I-693 (Medical report)
I-864 (Afadavit of support)

Is this all the forms I need to send to Chicago Lockbox?

I see a form I-765 (Do I need this form as well or is this only for those seeking green card through employment sponsorship?)

Anyone who has gone through a similiar process, any information you can pass on would be much appreciated.

Also, anyone who has applied for the same type of green card, how long did it take to be approved from the day you sent in your documentation?
 
There are two more forms if you need Employment Authorization, one for that and if you expect to travel during the processing time, one for that, these two forms are only filed if need to be and are not mandatory.

I don't need to travel anywhere in the short term future.

However, I would like to be authorized to work. Does this mean I need the I-765?

If so, which category should I complete for Part 16?
