My employer A is giving me trouble in salary so I am planning to switch to new Employer B. Now I have LC and 140 approved from Employer A . I have paid for the cost of everything so far.
Due to his behavior, i want to leave Employer A and join B.
My employer A will definitely try to revoke my 140 so i should not be able to use PD even though i have paid for All GC processing cost and also my H1b transfer and Lawyer RFE.
B is also ready to start my GC , thus in order to retain my PD what documents i need from Employer A.
Also can I complain about Employer A for this kind of misbehavior.
