Applying for F1 with denied asylum

Hi y'all, this is for a friend:
his asylum was denied, he went through appeal but the judge gave him deportation.he wants to know if it's possible for him to apply for F1.

F1 Status

Hi There, i don't think he can get his F1 status approved. I have a friend who applied asylum while having his F1 status and he was denied. His F1 visa expires a few months after that and when he tries to renew his F1 status he got rejected.
