Applying for F1 visa from India, husband working on OPT in US

Hi Rajiv,

I had a query regd F1 visa filing. I am planning to go for MS for Fall 2009 and hence will be applying for F1 visa. I am showing my husbands funds as the source for my educational expenses. We got married recently and he is working in US on H1b while I am here in India. I wanted to ask you if this will create a problem for my F1 visa as the VO might view me as a potential immigrant.

No this should be fine. You also need to show property etc. belonging to you or your husband. (or your parents)
