Hi,
I'm a Canadian citizen living in the US with a green card and will be eligible for naturalization next year (2024). My father was born in Yugoslavia (now Croatia) and I am thinking of applying for Croatian citizenship since it will allow me to live and work in the EU if I want to. I was wondering whether starting this process now could affect my existing US green card or application for US citizenship at some point.
