Applying for EAD the second time. Please help

Hello.

My lawyer had applied for my EAD 90 days ago. She has not received the recepit letter nor has my check to the CIS deposited. Can I apply for another EAD. Please reply, this is very urgent and could cause me to go out of status.
 
You need to call the NSC # and explain teh situation to them ASAP. However EAD's are getting approved quickly it seems.

If you applied through your Lawyer, he should have the traking number with him... Ask him to call INS and find out what happend to the file he sent.... he can do that
 
Thanks for your quick replies. My lawyer lost the tracking number, which is another issue.

No offense, but who would lose the tracking number.
The other option that I could think of is your lawyer might be able to get the tracking # (info) from the mail carrier (may be) using the payment date/info.

Just a remote thought. Never tried it, though.
