Applying for EAD and AP

I have a question for the "Beautiful Minds" of this excellant forum. Recently I filed my petition for I-140 (NIW) at NSC. What I want to know is can I apply for EAD and AP before I file for I-485 and my I-140 application is pending.

No, you cannot. Unless you file your I-485, you cannot file for AP and EAD.
