applying for EAD and AP

I am applying ead and ap for me and my spouse. quick question:

do i send separate packages for each application (4 in total)?

if not, when i combine them in pne package, do i need separate cover letter for each forms (that is, one letter listing related documents for I-765 for both me and my spouse, ane one for I-131)?
