Applying for E3 Visa from Australia (AUS. Citizen) while I-130 is pending (Brother filed)

Hi,
I am a US Citizen and already filed for my brother's GC file (I-130). Which is in pending status and may take more than 10 years to get current date.
Now My Brother, who is an Australian Citizen applying for US E3 Work Visa from Australia.
My question is, Will it create any issues for him while he is applying for E3 visa and I-130 is pending?

In some of the posts, they are differentiating E3 with H1B that H1B allows applicant for intent to immigrate while E3 does not (meaning if an employer wants to file Green Card application for E3 Visa Candidate, it will be tougher than filing it for H1B Visa Candidate) .
Please let me know if I am looking at it wrong.

Hi Preet, hope you will read this. Did your brother get E3 visa? I am in a similar situation; my husband filed a petition for me but the wait period is too long. Since I am an Australian citizen, I would like to take benefit of E3 visa, I have a nursing license in Ny and potential employer who is filing for my E3 but my concern is my current pending petition will be a barrier for me to get my E3. Also anyone has any idea or could share an experience if been in a similar situation please.
