I'm applying for citizenship, Employment based green card, in couple of days.I have following question. Answers/feedback is appreciated.

1. I got married just before my green card (COnsular processing) and got divorced in one year. and later on got recently married.

Do i need to send divorce certificate and new marriage certificate with application or is it just ok to put the information in app with out the certificate.

2. My First Name and middle Name is interchanged in Green card ( bec indians have middle name actually as first name). I have been using correct name in all the other places - i.e Driving License, Job & university.
In first colum of application where the ask for you name should i keep it as what in the green card or the right way.

OR should i changed legally

Citizen_Dec2007! First, welcome to the citizenship bandwagon!!

1. State that you were married earlier and divorced, and send in the divorce certificate for your first marriage. You may also send the marriage certificate for the second marriage.

2. Whatever is your name (in the same order) in your birth certificate, passport and green card (hopefully they are all the same !) - is the name you should use in your N-400. If you want to change it, then you either opt a name change as part of the naturalization process or do a name change in the courts after the naturalization process.

Good luck.
