Applying for citizenship with sealed arrest record

Hi. I am 20 years old an applying for US citizenship. I meet all the requirements; the only problem is that I was arrested at age 18 for underage consumption of alcohol. My lawyer got me into a pretrial diversion program which required community service. Upon successful completion of the program, the charges against me were dropped and the record of the arrest was sealed. Now that I am applying for citizenship, the instructions say I must provide record of the arrest as well as court certification of having completed my community service etc. But I cannot get these documents! I went to the courthouse and they told me that once these records are sealed, I can't get any of the information, for citizenship purposes or otherwise. What should I do?

I can tell you this

a) You have to mention arrest to the CIS
b) You are best served by an attorney, not freelancers like us. Its worth the time and $
