my interview is july 13th, I have a shoplifting case that got dissmissed in 2006 and class b misdemeanor criminal trespassing conviction in 2009 with 200 dollar fine. what are my chances

Were you found guilty or pleaded guilty before the dismissal in 2006? Or was it dismissed free and clear, without any penalty or finding of guilt?
