Applying for citizenship - Apply 90 days before completing 5yrs after getting GC

Hi,
The new site (USCIS.gov) does not mention anything about 90 days before completing 5yrs after getting green card. Is this still true that i can still apply for citizenship 90 days before completing 5yrs? If yes, can someone please provide link on USCIS where i can verify before applying?

Right now i am eligible to apply for citizenship based on 90 days rule.

I would say read the guide to naturalization, it should be there. Look for 90 days in that document.

yes, we did.
Given that processing times are quite fast these days, suggest apply about 75 days before 5th annev.
We has her interview done in 80 days after applying (5 days after our GC's 5th annev). Oath 2 weeks after interview
