I am seeking Canadian PR. How do we actually prove the language proficieny without tests. I am planning to keep my score as moderate proficiency(8 points) in language(english)and is it still necessary for me to take the test to show my skills in english.All my 17 years of education has been in english and have a work experience of 7 years.But i dont want to go through hassle of flying other places to take tests.What type of documents do i need to prepare if i want to show my skills through certificates and experience and not without tests.
Also if i apply with some certificates and they refuse to consider that then will i loose my application fees if i fail to qualify( i think i have to pay the fees only if i get 67 marks and am qualified).
