Applying for both H1 and O1 while waiting for I140 Approval

Hello,

I am one of you who is waiting after filing I140/NIW at VSC! I have a valid case for O1 visa. So wondering if anyone knows if I can apply for both H1 Extension and O1 Visa simultaneously before H1 gets expired.

Any piece of information will be appreciated.

I first extended my H1 beyond 6 years and it got approved from VSC in 3 months. So I did not apply for O1.

My lawyer tried H1 ext. first and that worked. U have to take chance.

Hi Ram,
Can you please post details of your H1 (7th year extension) details.
Which center did you apply, when did you apply, when you got approved.
for how long was it approved for (1 year?). Please post these details.
Also please post whether your 140 was approved, priority date, etc details. It will help us, just to have an idea.

My details
Priority Date - Oct 1999 - EB3 RIR
140 applied in July 2000 - approved in Nov 2000
Waiting for 485 and applied for H1 extension 7 th year On Jan 21, 01.
Havent got any response yet. Also AVM (vemront) says \'My case can not be found\'. These are my details.
