Hii,
My daughter (age 26), is married to a US citizen for well over 4 years and has received her US citizenship. Thus i am now eligible for applying for a immigrant visa. I have done some research on the net as to how to apply for the citizenship and have come to the conclusion that there are two ways of applying to the US:
1) I stay in my home country and apply under the parents section.
2) I go on a tourist visa to US and apply from their.
Plus, my son(age 19) is planning to go under the F-1(student) visa category. (Has applied not been granted one). Thus, because of my son i have a time constraint. He will become 21 years in the month of July, 2012. About 13 months from now.
Now, I want to immigrate to US with my wife and son. Which is the best possible way to do so.
Plus, my mother , aged 71, i also want her to come with us.
Please help me with the best possible solution.
